1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Labbaik Tours & Travels (Pvt.) Ltd website and your enquiries, consultations and bookings with us. By using our website, submitting an enquiry or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or proceed with a booking.

2. About Labbaik Tours & Travel

Labbaik Tours & Travels (Pvt.) Ltd provides Hajj, Umrah, Ziyarat and related travel planning services. With 26 years of experience serving pilgrims, we aim to provide clear guidance, organised arrangements and respectful customer support. Our office and contact details are listed at the end of these Terms.

3. Website Information and Enquiries

The website is intended to provide general information about our services and packages. Information on the website, social media, brochures or advertisements may change because of availability, supplier conditions, exchange rates, government requirements, airline schedules or other travel-related factors.

Submitting an enquiry, consultation request or online form does not create a booking, reserve a package or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and receive the required payment and documents under the applicable package quotation or booking form.

4. Package Quotations, Availability and Pricing

Package availability, hotel allocation, airline routing, room type, travel dates and price are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. Unless a quotation clearly says otherwise, quoted prices may be affected by changes in taxes, fees, exchange rates, airline costs, supplier charges, visa requirements or other third-party costs outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to explain the inclusions, exclusions and payment schedule for your chosen package. Please review the package quotation carefully before making payment. Any special request is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

5. Booking, Payment and Confirmation

To make a booking, you may be required to provide accurate traveller details, submit documents and pay a deposit or other amount stated in your quotation or booking form.

  • The person making the booking confirms that they have authority to act for every traveller included in the booking.
  • The booking is subject to the payment schedule stated in the quotation, invoice or booking form.
  • Late or incomplete payment may result in cancellation, loss of availability or additional supplier charges.
  • We may request further documentation or information before travel where required by airlines, hotels, visa authorities, Saudi authorities or other suppliers.
  • Your individual package documents form part of the booking agreement. Where there is a conflict, the written package quotation or booking form for that booking will apply to the extent permitted by law.

6. Travel Documents, Visas and Entry Requirements

Each traveller is responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport, visa, permit, vaccination record, identification document and any other document required for travel. Passport validity, visa eligibility, entry rules, airline requirements and destination regulations can change without notice.

We may provide information or assistance with visa applications where included in your package, but visa approval, entry permission, border clearance and final travel authorisation are decisions of the relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee that a visa or permit will be issued, accepted or remain valid.

7. Hajj, Umrah and Saudi Regulations

Hajj and Umrah travel is subject to the rules, permits, health requirements, accommodation arrangements, transport systems and crowd-management instructions imposed by Saudi authorities and relevant service providers. Travellers must follow official instructions, group arrangements and the reasonable directions of our appointed representatives throughout the journey.

Package timings, hotel arrangements, transport routes, Ziyarat schedules and group activities may need to change to comply with official requirements, safety measures, operational conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes Made by Us

We may need to make reasonable changes to an itinerary, flight, hotel, transport provider, group leader, schedule or service arrangement. Where a significant change is necessary, we will use reasonable efforts to inform you as soon as practical and explain the available options, subject to the terms of the relevant supplier and applicable law.

9. Changes or Cancellation by You

Any request to change or cancel a booking must be made in writing by the lead traveller or the person who made the booking. Cancellation or change charges may apply because airlines, hotels, visa authorities and other suppliers may charge non-refundable or time-sensitive fees.

Refund eligibility, deductions and timelines will be explained in the applicable package quotation, booking form and supplier terms. We will assess each request fairly and will not retain amounts that we are not entitled to retain, subject to applicable law and unavoidable third-party charges.

10. Cancellation, Delays or Disruption Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost connections, public-health restrictions, government action, severe weather, conflict, airport disruption, airline operational issues, supplier failure, civil unrest or other events outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but any additional costs may be your responsibility unless they are recoverable from the relevant supplier or covered by your travel insurance.

11. Third-Party Suppliers

Flights, hotels, transport, visa processing, food, tours and other travel services may be provided by independent third parties. Those services may be subject to the supplier’s own terms, conditions, limits of liability and operational rules. We will take reasonable care in selecting and coordinating suppliers, but we do not control every aspect of their service delivery.

12. Traveller Responsibilities, Health and Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all pilgrims, every traveller must:

  • Provide complete and accurate personal, passport and travel information.
  • Arrive on time for flights, transport, meetings, group departures and other arranged services.
  • Follow airline, hotel, Saudi authority, health, safety and group-management instructions.
  • Treat fellow pilgrims, staff, suppliers and local communities with respect.
  • Tell us about any mobility, medical, dietary or assistance needs that may affect travel arrangements before booking, where you are comfortable doing so and where relevant to the service.
  • Take responsibility for obtaining suitable travel insurance, including medical, cancellation and luggage cover where appropriate.

We may refuse or end participation in a service where a traveller’s behaviour creates a safety, security, legal or serious operational concern. In such a case, no refund will be due for unused services unless required by applicable law or recoverable from the supplier.

13. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

You must not misuse the website. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with website security or introduce harmful code.
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.
  • Submit false, abusive, defamatory or infringing content through forms, reviews or communications.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the website content, branding, text, photographs, graphics, logos and design elements are owned by or licensed to Labbaik Tours & Travels (Pvt.) Ltd. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or use it commercially without written permission.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Labbaik Tours & Travels (Pvt.) Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, travel disruption or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

17. Complaints and Customer Support

If you have a concern, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve it promptly. Please provide your booking reference, travel dates and a clear description of the issue. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or making a booking, you acknowledge that we may process information as described in that policy.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan / Sindh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or relevant consumer forums with jurisdiction in Karachi / Pakistan, unless applicable law requires another forum or process.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after publication of updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
